ADHDmate is a product of AngelMind AI. The application is made available free of charge for personal use with your own Gemini API key.
You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and run the official ADHDmate application on your personal Android devices in accordance with these terms.
2. Personal Cognitive Aid Disclaimer
ADHDmate is designed solely as a personal productivity and cognitive organization aid to help capture fleeting thoughts, organize tasks, and preserve memories. It is not a medical device, clinical diagnostic tool, medical advice service, or substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care.

3. User Content & Local Data Ownership
You retain 100% ownership and title to all thoughts, voice notes, tasks, and reflections entered into ADHDmate. AngelMind AI claims zero intellectual property rights or ownership over your personal entries.
Because ADHDmate stores your core data locally on your Android device without a cloud account or server backup, you are solely responsible for managing device-level backups to protect against hardware damage, loss, or data erasure upon application uninstallation.
4. Gemini AI & Network Connection Requirements
ADHDmate utilizes Google's Gemini API to power its AI clarification features. While core task and memory management operates on your local device, AI categorization requires an active internet connection.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own Gemini API key from Google. Direct requests between your device and Google are subject to Google's applicable terms and API usage policies.
